MERV 8 antimicrobial tackified polyester
High-airflow MERV 8 filter media pads designed for prefilter and intake applications. The blue air-exit side is tackified to improve capture while maintaining airflow.

Frame specifications

Best use cases
Common applications include HVAC ventilation systems and multi-stage filtration setups. Works well in spray booth intake and exhaust systems where a polyester pad or blanket is required. Suitable for both whole-home air returns and single-room installations.
How to replace media
Remove the old media pad from the frame, cut new media to size (slightly oversized to ensure full coverage), and insert into the frame with tackified blue side facing the air-exit direction. No tools required.
Replacement schedule and care
Replace filter media every 30 to 60 days depending on dust load and environment. The filter media is not washable and must be replaced when loaded. The aluminum frame does not need replacement and can be wiped clean between media changes. Six included pads provide 6 to 12 months of filtration depending on conditions.
