Aluminum frame warranty
Your EverFilter aluminum frame is covered for the lifetime of your HVAC system. Manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost.
Not covered:
- Normal wear
- Filter media (pads and washable media)
- Misuse or intentional damage
Sure Fit Guarantee
If your EverFilter does not fit, we exchange the frame at no cost, including shipping, when you send accurate measurements of your filter opening. Our team helps you get the exact size.
Money-back guarantee
Starter Kits and aluminum frames can be returned within 30 days if unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Refill packs, sale items and custom sizes are not returnable.
How to make a warranty claim

Write to orders@purityairfilters.com with your order number.

Show the problem
Include a photo or two of the defect, or your filter opening measurements for a size exchange.

Get your replacement
We review it and ship the replacement frame. Defects and size exchanges cost you nothing.
Return and refund details
- No restocking fee.
- Original shipping is not refundable, and return shipping is deducted from the refund.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. If 15 business days pass, contact us.
- Missing or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we ship replacements at no cost.
