Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as a one-time purchase may be canceled only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return policy if eligible.


Subscription or Auto-Ship Purchases

If your order includes a subscription or auto-ship option:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date

  • Cancellations and changes can be made directly through your customer portal or by contacting customer support

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle

Canceling a subscription stops future shipments only and does not retroactively cancel orders already processed.


Limited-Time Offers & Promotions

Orders placed during promotional events, flash sales, or limited-time offers are subject to the same cancellation rules. Promotional pricing does not extend the cancellation window.


How to Cancel

To request a cancellation before processing, customers may:

  • Log in to their customer portal to manage or cancel eligible subscriptions, or

  • Contact customer support as soon as possible with their order number

Cancellation requests are handled based on fulfillment status at the time of review.


Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped

  • Refused or returned shipments may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins
