What Circulates Through Homes Over Time
These particles don't stay in one place.
When your HVAC system runs, air moves continuously.
It pulls particles into your return vents. It pushes that same air back into your living space.
Dust doesn't disappear. Pet dander doesn't settle permanently. Pollen doesn't stay by the window.
It cycles.
And your filter decides what keeps circulating.
Over time, homes commonly circulate:
Every home is different. Air always moves.
Your Filter Controls the Cycle
Air pulled into return vents
Particles pass through filter
Air pushed back into living space
Not All Filters Are Designed for Airflow Balance.
Some are built to be replaced. Some are built to restrict. Very few are built to protect your system while maintaining airflow.
When air moves through your home, two things matter:
- What gets captured
- How easily air can still flow
If airflow drops, system strain increases. If filtration is weak, particles keep circulating.
The right filter balances both.
Here's how traditional filter types compare:
Low-MERV Fiberglass Filters
Basic particle protection. Minimal structure.
- Captures larger visible debris
- Very low airflow resistance
- Weak structure
- Limited protection beyond dust
- Often replaced frequently
Tradeoff: Minimal filtration performance
Disposable Pleated Filters
Higher capture, increasing restriction over time.
- Captures lint, dust, airborne particles
- Airflow decreases as filter loads
- Can bend or collapse under pressure
- Entire filter is discarded each change
- Higher long-term replacement cost
Tradeoff: Airflow consistency declines
EverFilter Reusable Frame + MERV 8 Media
Designed for airflow balance and long-term value.
- High-loft media maintains consistent airflow
- Captures dust, lint, and airborne particles
- Rigid aluminum frame prevents bending
- Replace media only, not entire filter
- Lower long-term waste and cost
Your filter sits at the only control point in your air cycle.
Choose one designed for balance.

Customer Reviews
Filters twice what paper does and lasts much longer.
Replaced a washable metal mesh filter that never felt clean. After two months, these are clearly a better solution.
Ordered a full year supply. Great quality material at a phenomenal price. Will reorder. Fast shipping.
Switched my parents from disposable paper filters. Easy to replace and captures dust well. No debris in ductwork. Highly recommend.
Cardboard filters kept getting sucked into the air handler. This stays in place, filters well, and is reusable. Saves money over time.
Massive airflow improvement. During 100+ degree weather, the AC finally kept up. Highly recommend.
Exact fit solved years of issues with filters collapsing or not fitting. Aluminum frame slides in easily. Worth every penny.
Well made and works perfectly. My husband has been in HVAC for 25 years and these are his favorite.
Very efficient filter. Air in the house is noticeably cleaner without straining the heat pump.

Filter media details
MERV 8 antimicrobial tackified polyester
High-airflow MERV 8 filter media pads designed for prefilter and intake applications. The blue air-exit side is tackified to improve capture while maintaining airflow.
- MERV 8 rating for everyday particulate capture
- Non-migrating tackifier on the blue air-exit side
- Antimicrobial treated to inhibit mold and mildew growth
- Versatile use in HVAC ventilation and spray booth intake setups
Frame specifications
Frame is constructed from lightweight aluminum with a corrosion resistant finish. Accepts any cut-to-fit filter media up to 1" or 2" thick depending on frame variant.
| Frame material | Aluminum with corrosion resistant finish |
| Frame depth | 1" & 2" nominal variations |
| Reusability | Frame is reusable indefinitely; media is disposable |
| Media compatibility | Accepts any cut-to-fit filter media up to 1" or 2" thick |
Media performance and specs
Published initial resistance is 0.12" w.g. at 295 FPM for this MERV 8 tackified lofted polyester media. Full-frame test result: 0.38" w.g. @ 1,492 CFM.
| Media type | Blue tackified polyester media |
| Rating | MERV 8 |
| Tackifier | Non-migrating; tackified on blue air-exit side |
| Antimicrobial | Treated to inhibit mold and mildew growth |
| Initial resistance | 0.12" w.g. at 295 FPM | 0.38" w.g. @ 1,492 CFM |
| Included quantity | 6 pads per Starter Kit |
Best use cases
Common applications include HVAC ventilation systems and multi-stage filtration setups. Works well in spray booth intake and exhaust systems where a polyester pad or blanket is required. Suitable for both whole-home air returns and single-room installations.
How to replace media
Remove the old media pad from the frame, cut new media to size (slightly oversized to ensure full coverage), and insert into the frame with tackified blue side facing the air-exit direction. No tools required.
Replacement schedule and care
Replace filter media every 30 to 60 days depending on dust load and environment. The filter media is not washable and must be replaced when loaded. The aluminum frame does not need replacement and can be wiped clean between media changes. Six included pads provide 6 to 12 months of filtration depending on conditions.
